This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This is a private reference site. It cannot confirm that a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, accept bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice to anyone. Each of those steps belongs with the sheriff's office or the issuing court.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Becker County warrant questions split four ways, and the list below shows where each one goes.
- Whether a warrant is active: the Becker County Sheriff's Office, which serves and executes warrants, publishes the county list, and confirms a record by name and date of birth at 218-847-2661.
- A case date, file, or fine: Becker County Court Administration at 218-846-5040, or beckercourts@courts.state.mn.us, for the case file, the court calendar, and the payment record behind the warrant.
- A missed court date: the District Court that set the case. Minnesota has one unified trial court and Becker County has no municipal or city courts, so every bench warrant question in the county runs through the same courthouse.
- Resolving a warrant: a licensed Minnesota attorney and the issuing court. The county self-help clinic reviews forms for people with open Becker County cases on Thursdays from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., and a fee waiver form is available when a filing fee applies.
- Custody or bond questions: the Becker County Jail at 218-847-2939 for jail operations, and Court Administration for the bond amount and conditions set in the case.

One safety point applies to every number above. If you believe you know where a person on the county list is, call the sheriff's office or the nearest law enforcement agency and do not approach or try to detain anyone. Call 911 for an emergency.
